The Stronger You Become, the Easier It Is to Lift Others
Good morning,
This has been a busy week.
I’ve been with family and this coming Wednesday, I’ll be leaving to visit the Philippines for 3 months.
So, today I’ll just share a thought with you that has been on my mind lately:
The stronger you become, the easier it is to lift other people up.

You see, if you are weak, you can barely lift yourself, let alone the people around you.
But if you become strong, if you develop yourself, your capacity (and willingness) to serve other people grows.
Think about it this way…
If you want to carry a heavy load, then you are going to need a strong back.
As you grow yourself…
You can bring more to the table.
You can solve bigger problems.
You can create more stability and security.
You can set a standard for everyone else.
Committing to personal growth is a responsibility that you have for both yourself AND the people that you want to serve.
Personal growth is NOT a self-interested, self-centered endeavor.
In my opinion, growing into the best version of yourself is one of the most selfless things you can do for the people that you love.
And I’ll tell you what, pursuing personal growth for the sake of the people around you will motivate you more than anything else.
So, if you won’t do it for yourself, then do it for the people that you care about.
Alright, that is all I have for you today.
The next letter that I send will be from Manila.
Paalam na!
